Refund and cancellation policy

Cooling-off period

If you enrolled online, you can cancel within 5 business days after you accepted the agreement, without a penalty, if the training did not start (section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, where it applies). We refund what you paid within 30 days.

Cancellation before the start date

Tell the organisation in writing (email or WhatsApp). The enrolment agreement shows the amount that the organisation keeps for costs already incurred, for example the registration fee. The rest is refunded.

Withdrawal after the start

If you withdraw after the training started, the fees for the part of the programme that was delivered are not refunded. The enrolment agreement gives the details for each programme.

How refunds are made

• We issue a credit note for the amount.
• We pay the refund by EFT to the account that paid, within 30 days.
• If a sponsor or employer paid, we refund the sponsor or employer.

If the organisation cancels

If the organisation cancels a programme, you choose a full refund or a place in the next programme.

The cancellation and refund terms of each organisation are on its quotations and invoices and in its enrolment agreement.
